岗位职责

1、Provide administrative support to Medical Hangzhou site. In charge of food service, cleaning an d landscaping Or other suppliers management, including canteen management, food sampling, public area 6S check, wastes classification an d coordination with facility maintenance staff for a proper office operation. May need to interact with local government under certatin circumstances.

2、Organize an d support employee activities, such as annual gala, outing an d so on. Assist in building the corporate culture according to company policies.

3、Company car arrangement, company meal management an d meeting supporting service.

4、In charge of visitor reception, including invitation letter, hotel an d flight ticket booking etc.

5、Application for the employment license, employment permit an d residency permit for foreign employees. Application support for staffs’passport an d visa for business.

6、Assist in environmental data statistics, translation, documentation an d rountine checks to ensure company meets its HSE goals.

7、Coordinate special events/tasks as assigned by supervisor.

8、This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations an d standards, good business practices an d company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health an d environmental regulations an d statutes related to the site).

9、Engage others, promote, an d participate in Environmental, Health, an d Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

1.University graduate with a major in acCounting

2.General ledger financial experience 1-2 years 

3.Fluent english
